I recently had my boyfriend's camera fixed at your shop. I cannot
emphasize enough how great the service was. It was wonderful. I didn't know anything
about how to work, manage or even use the camera I took in to fix. But your staff was
so helpful and friendly that I wasn't at all embarrassed to ask for help.
And again your employees were the best! They all went out of their way
to help me. It is real nice to know that there still exist people out there that know
what customer service really is.
I am so happy that I chose your shop to fix my boyfriend's camera, only
because I know that I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere else.

First of all, I'd like to thank you for all the fine work your people
have done repairing my Nikon equipment, not only that of replacing the viewer of the
model 2000 but also that of the imaginative repair work with the strobe shoe connection
of the F4. Without the last there's no telling how long the job would have taken - I
might still be waiting for parts from Tokyo.
I appreciate all your business-like and craftsmanship efforts very
much. I can only say that I wish there were more like dedicated craftsmen and
businesses out there to assist us when we needed them. Your hard work and interest
is very much appreciated.

I would like to thank you for some emergency camera repairs that you
undertook for us. I was surprised and pleased to find out that you could and would
undertake an urgent repair. We turned the poor dead camera in on Friday and picked
up the repaired camera on Saturday. This saved us the expense of buying a new
camera. The repair was successful and we used it without problem the entire
vacation.
